Tristan Price, Director of Operations
Tristan Price, Pier Pressure’s Director of Operations, is a native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore. As a third-generation marine-service operator, Tristan has a long-history and appreciation of the marina industry. Tristan received his hands-on training while growing up in his family’s Marina and Boat Charter business that operated throughout the upper Chesapeake Bay, Costa Rica, and the Florida Keys. He attended ABYC and Yanmar Diesel School, where he received training in marine system repair and maintenance. He holds a 50-ton commercial captain’s license.
John Nicklin, Managing Member
John Nicklin is a Managing Member of Pier Pressure. As an established businessman and environmentalist, John brings over 20 years of experience in managing businesses and developing sustainable environmental initiatives. Also as the managing member of WasteStrategies, an environmental management company, John’s extensive knowledge of regulatory policy guides Pier Pressure’s environmental standards and practices.
Gordon “Billy” Crandall, Marine Design & Construction
Billy Crandall was born and raised in Annapolis working for his grandfather through high school and college in the marine construction industry. He took over the family business
in 1992 and reorganized under his own name Arrow Environmmental Services in 1996. Billy brings genertions of experience when dealing with piers, bulkheads, rip-rap and boatlifts. He shares a deep connection with the waters surrounding Annapolis and believes with sound maintenace practices we can once again “see eight feet to the bottom.” Billy holds a 25 ton commercial captainʼs license.
